1. Publisher and Scope
Truck Boss is an iOS game developed and published by Maksim Arsic (the “Publisher,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Truck Boss mobile application, optional rewarded advertising, Game Center features, in-app purchases, notifications, customer support, and the website at truckboss.info.
Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and other third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms. They may act as independent controllers or service providers depending on the feature and applicable law.
2. Information That May Be Processed
Game and preference data
Truck Boss may store your chosen company name, game progress, virtual cash, trucks, drivers, tasks, achievements, daily streak, audio preferences, notification preference, purchase-entitlement flags, and related gameplay state. Core save data is currently stored locally on your device.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store downloads and in-app payments. Truck Boss receives limited StoreKit information such as product identifiers, verified transaction identifiers, purchase status, entitlement status, and restoration results so that items can be granted and duplicate grants can be prevented. The Publisher does not receive your payment-card number or Apple Account password.
Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple may provide a Game Center player identifier, display name, authentication status, and leaderboard information needed to submit and show company-value scores. Your Game Center display name and score may be visible to other Game Center users according to your Apple settings.
Rewarded advertising
Truck Boss may offer optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, settings, and consent choices, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, ads viewed, crash reports, diagnostics, performance data, and fraud-prevention signals. Truck Boss uses Google’s consent tools where required.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, iOS provides the app with notification authorization status. Truck Boss may schedule local reminders for recruitment completion, daily rewards, return reminders, or similar game events. The current app does not require a Publisher-operated push-notification server.
Support communications
If you email support, the Publisher receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, app version, device or iOS version, and gameplay details. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.
Website technical data
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or first-party analytics. Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and may process ordinary request and security logs, including IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages, under Cloudflare’s privacy practices.
3. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to:
- Provide, save, personalize, and operate Truck Boss.
- Verify, grant, and restore eligible in-app purchases.
- Provide optional rewarded ads and honor advertising privacy choices.
- Authenticate Game Center and submit leaderboard scores.
- Schedule notifications you request.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Detect errors, abuse, cheating, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or security incidents.
- Comply with law, platform rules, and legal process, and protect users and service providers.
- Improve game reliability, balance, accessibility, performance, and user experience.
4. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, processing may rely on:
- Contract: to provide the game and requested features and to fulfill purchases.
- Consent: for personalized advertising, notifications, or other processing where consent is legally required.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the game, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain reliability, and improve the service, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligations: to meet accounting, transaction, compliance, security, and legal requirements.
5. How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:
- Apple: for App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, refunds, device services, and Game Center.
- Google and advertising partners: when optional rewarded ads are requested, subject to available consent and privacy controls.
- Cloudflare: for website hosting, performance, DNS, and security.
- Professional advisers or contractors: if needed for support, security, legal, accounting, or technical services, subject to appropriate duties.
- Authorities or other parties: when required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, enforcement of terms, or protection of rights.
- A successor: if the game or related business is transferred, subject to applicable law and continued protection of information.
The Publisher does not sell personal information for money. Depending on local law and your advertising choices, use of advertising identifiers for personalized or targeted ads may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising.” Use the in-app advertising privacy controls when available, or contact the Publisher.
6. Local Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Most game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting Truck Boss generally removes local save data, subject to device backups or restoration systems controlled by Apple or you. The Publisher does not currently provide a cloud account system for restoring the full local save.
Transaction and entitlement information is retained as needed to grant purchases, prevent duplicate rewards, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Support communications and privacy requests are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. Third parties determine retention under their own policies.
7. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No device, network, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple Account, and backups.
8. Your Choices
- Decline rewarded ads and continue using the core game.
- Change advertising consent or privacy choices through the in-app privacy option when available.
- Disable notifications in Truck Boss Settings or iOS Settings.
- Disable Game Center through Apple settings.
- Turn music, sound effects, ambience, or haptics off in Truck Boss Settings.
- Delete the app to remove locally stored game data, subject to backups.
- Contact the Publisher to make a privacy request.
Truck Boss does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistent industry standard for them. Applicable device-level and in-app privacy controls are honored where supported.
9. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, or information about categories of data and recipients. California and certain other U.S. residents may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and may not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights.
To make a request, email info@amaxdistribution.com with “Truck Boss Privacy Request” in the subject. The Publisher may need to verify your request. Because most game data is stored only on your device, the Publisher may not possess or be able to retrieve that data.
EEA and UK users may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. You may also contact the Publisher first so the concern can be addressed.
10. International Processing
The Publisher is based in California, United States. Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are handled through mechanisms recognized by applicable law.
11. Children
Truck Boss is not directed to children under 13, and the Publisher does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for consent to data processing, a parent or guardian should supervise use and purchases. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Publisher so appropriate action can be taken.
12. Third-Party Policies
Relevant third-party policies include Apple’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and advertising disclosures, and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. These third parties control their own processing, and their policies may change independently of this Policy.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the game, providers, legal requirements, or practices change. The effective date at the top will be updated. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
